This blog is all about Beaver Lake. So many times I have people ask me questions about where to rent boats and boat slips, etc. on Beaver Lake and when doing a search on GOOGLE - it is not a super easy thing to find. I hope this blog will be helpful for many in finding what they are looking for about Beaver Lake! During the course of this summer I will be taking photos and posting them here for all of the world to see (or those who read this blog about Beaver Lake)... But first a little about Beaver Lake...

Beaver Lake is located high in the Ozark Mountains in Northwest Arkansas. Beaver Lake was completed in 1966 and is 28,370 acres. There are 12 developed parks with 2008 acres of campgrounds and over 650 individual campsites. Beaver Lake has gorgeous limestone bluffs and 487 miles of shoreline. It is truly a beautiful place!

I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and grew up on Beaver Lake. It is one of my favorite places. In fact you can read an article one of our local newspaper did about on me... Jerry and I were married on Beaver Lake and it is a very special place to me... We enjoy our time on the lake. I hope to teach my beautiful four year old daughter, Madison how to water ski this summer!
