Fayetteville Arkansas is a beautiful place to call HOME! The Historic District is one of the most sought after places for buyers in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. Property values have always remained some of the highest in Fayetteville... in fact in 2009 there were a few homes that sold for over $200/ht.sq.ft.
