"Heritage Bay" Condos on Beaver Lake are located in Rogers, Arkansas just past the HWY 12 Bridge on your way towards Rocky Branch Marina just minutes from downtown Rogers...

Heritage Bay is a 72 unit Condominium Development on Beaver Lake which started in the late 1970's. Many of the condos have been renovated over the years and every once in awhile they come up for sale. As of today - March 31st, 2010 there are currently 4 for sale ranging from $141,750 to $175,000 and one is under contract. In 2009 only 2 condos went up for sale and sold - one sold for $205,000 (it was 1404 ht.sq.ft.) and the other went for $218,000 and it was 1650 ht.sq.ft. (per our mls data). Many of the condos have boat slips available.

Heritage Bay offers is residents a clubhouse, indoor pool, tennis, lake views, lake access, boat dock access (when available) and a comfortable living style!
