Fannie Mae homes in Arkansas - Bank Owned Properties information | Northwest Arkansas

Buy a bank owned foreclosure property in Northwest Arkansas and get all your closing costs paid or buy new appliances for your new home!

The Federal National Mortgage Association, commonly known as Fannie Mae, has announced a temporary program under which people purchasing a property through HomePath, Fannie Mae's REO disposition operation, will receive up to 3.5 percent of the final sales price, which can be applied toward closing costs or used to purchase appliances for their new home.

The offer is available to any owner-occupant who closes on the purchase of a property before May 1, 2010.  If you are a first time home buyer, you can also qualify to receive the First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit.  In addition, many Fannie Mae-owned properties are eligible for special HomePath Mortgage and Renovation Mortgage financing, with as little as 3% down.

The additional assistance makes an amazing deal for buyers, specially those taking advantage of the federal homebuyer tax credit!

As of 2/01/201, there are 59 Fannie Mae-owned homes in the Northwest Arkansas area that are offering this program.  Prices range from $27,500 up to $439,900.  Call or message Jerry Dou (479-236-0362, jerry@jerrydou.com) today to get a list of these properties.  Remember to visit www.NWAFireSale.com for the latest ‘Smoking Deals' in Northwest Arkansas, including bank foreclosures, short sales, and more.

That is cool that we can take the business loans and it opens up new possibilities.
