Hi Nicky at first I thought you were Male ! lol sorry now I know you are female.. after I scrolled down here you are .. congrats!! your marriage and your real estate position for 2 years.. Please forgive for my mistake to recognize you.. I am Dawn and Im deaf and Im full time college student at Brookahven College in Farmer Branch Texas and Im living in Northeast Dallas. Im planning to move to Springdale/Tontitown Arkansas. I wont be ready for within 2 years or less depend how far Im done with schooling. Im currently living on Disability .. I wonder there is any way you can help me to find rent to own Mobile home ( single ) or rent to own small house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom.. fireplace.. I dont have a car but I hope Springdale provide City Buses.. if not I will have to take driving lesson to get a license. I rent between $ 250 to $ 300 to 350 a mont due of my social security income limited. I dont know if they have special programs for lower cost of Electricity, Water, trash, Phone and Cable etc. I need help here because I dont have friedns in Texas or Arkansas at the moment .. I moved to Texas by mistake.. its long story. ( I am also born again christain ) Thanks Dawn De Poorter
