I have been using You Tube for over a year now to market my listings. I create the videos myself using Windows Movie Maker and then upload to You Tube. For me, it has been great. It is not necessarily that people are going to search You Tube to look for homes - but more than that it is a great way to get your videos out there in an easy format to send to clients via a link - or to post on your website's home page. You Tube also has great "google juice" as You Tube is owned by Google...

What tools are you using to create your videos?
Up till today I used Movie Maker that comes on most PC's - I bought ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS today and LOVE IT!!!
