Things to look for in a Realtor... Experience and full time status.

He mentioned that the average age of a Realtor is 50; average age of a buyer is 30. Internet is huge and many of the "average Realtors have to "learn new tricks".

Hi - It was an interesting interview. Fun to listen to. I was suprised when I saw that you are with Coldwell Banker and posted this..... Maybe you should come over and check out Crye-Leike :)

I spoke with Harold prior to joining Coldwell. He seems like a great guy and Cry-Leike seems like a great company - However I just felt, for me - Coldwell was a better fit.
