Top tips for getting your home ready to sell...
- Make sure your home is super clean
- DE-CLUTTER (this includes cleaning closets, pantry, everything... buyers do look in drawers and although you might not think it matters, IT DOES!) A Clean, De-cluttered Home is a HAPPY HOME and buyers like Happy homes!
- Remove everything off of your fridge! YES everything that includes that cute photo your little girl/boy did in school last week. I tell my sellers... just picture it up in your new home! Sooner if you take it down!!!
- Remove personal photos (as much as possible) sometimes I think some are ok and even good - but it depends where they are... Some photos look more like art than photos...
- NOW THAT ALL OF THAT IS FINISHED; FIND A GREAT REALTOR (IF YOU NEED HELP - EMAIL ME AND I WILL HELP YOU FIND A GOOD REALTOR WHEREVER YOU LIVE) PRICE YOUR HOME RIGHT AND THINK POSITIVE!!!
