The Real Estate Market in Northwest Arkansas is picking up! In the past month I have been busier than any other year that I have been in the business. Granted... it takes a bit more effort these days to sell a home & longer hours with buyers to find the perfect home... But overall - things are great! It is hard to believe when all you hear is negativity in the media... (I try hard not to listen to that... possibly why I am so busy... I have never bought into the negativity!) Anyway I wanted to get these charts and graphs out to people who are interested in looking at what the real estate market is doing in Northwest Arkansas. Great post!! It is picking up here in Jonesboro too. The market really hasnt been that bad in the northeast part of the state. Not like it has been in other places. We have alot of factories here that are in the food industry, Nestle, Frito-lay and others so they have several hundred workers so that helps.
